In 2015 I had a dream to start a vegan ice cream line. Four years plus two babies later it’s a reality. Starting a food product is one of the most challenging things I’ve ever done. Imagine what you think goes into the process, then times it by a hundred. Luckily for me, I’m always up for a challenge and thrive on getting sh*t done. I wanted to create something that of course was delicious but would also be as creamy and as comforting as the "real deal". Our heavenly coconut cream based ice cream is now in full swing, small batch production mode at our commercial kitchen in Karratha Western Australia and we are well on our way to converting all of the dairy free skeptics out there.
